Supported by Indonesian Architects Institution’s Central Java Chapter, this session for Semarang, Central Java, saw Widiadnyana from Somia Design sharing his firm’s projects, such as Sujiva Living House; Mandanila House; Misol House; Siligita House; and Kalibata House. This session also highlighted technology reviews from Indolok Bakti Utama (a leading supplier of security and fire protection systems) and Mapei (a leading company in the field of adhesives, sealants and chemical products for buildings).

In this session for Surabaya, East Java, Andri Saputra from Lumbung Architect emphasised the need to integrate passive strategies via daylighting, natural ventilation and the natural environment into his firm’s projects, such as Vila Putih and Villa Vanilla in Ubud; Sawangan Villa; Cabin House; Andrii in Buduk. The attendees had a product and technology update from Indolok Bakti Utama and Hunter Douglas (a multinational corporation specialising in window blinds and coverings).

Clifford Sutedjo from Spasi Architects shared about his firm’s projects with architects and designers from Medan, North Sumatra, the projects such as TGC coffee shop Umalas and Mojokerto creative complex. This session was supported by Indonesian Architects Institution’s North Sumatera Chapter. The attendees received a product briefing from Indolok Bakti Utama and Hunter Douglas.

Supported by Indonesian Architects Institution’s West Java Chapter, this session saw Freddy Randy from Sevenzu Architects presenting to the architectural community from Bandung, West Java, on his firm’s projects that included Terminal Penumpang Pelabuhan Dumai; Terminal Penumpang Pelabuhan Teluk Nibung; Terminal Penumpang Pelabuhan Sibolga; T house; and G House. Technology reviews from Hunter Douglas and Mapei were also included.

Architects and designers from Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, gained insights from Yuli Kalson Sagala from KsAD Studio, who shared abouthis firm’s projects, such as Gaia Beauty Lounge; Sekolah Citra BerkatSurabaya; Sekolah Citra Kasih 2 Jakarta; Grandmas Hotel Bali; ArjunaHotel Malang; and Rumah Singgah Keraton Sumenep. This session issupported by Indonesian Architects Institution’s Balikpapan Chapter. Technology reviews from Hunter Douglas and Roda Bangun Mandiri(a leading supplier of door hardware systems) were presented to the audience.
